Responsibilities:
- Dive into complex technical challenges involving Postgres SQL, Snowflake (nice to have), React, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies
- Partner with Product team to define, estimate, and release valuable features
- Drive best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality code
- Mentor and support team members’ professional development
- Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of full-stack software development experience, with 4+ years as an architectural leader
- Expert in architecting and developing Postgres SQL databases, including schema design, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Extensive professional experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, and the Node.js ecosystem
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, with standout interview skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS, and containerization tools like EKS or ECS
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver solutions as a lead architect while collaborating with peer architects
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues
- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business owners, and UI/UX teams
- Experience mentoring, assigning tasks, and supporting the development of team members, including offshore teammates
